planned in advance

How your collection dates work

You don’t choose dates. We plan them around your council bin day so the extra collection lands when you need it most.

When you check your address we look up your property’s council black-bin schedule. Your home is then placed on a fixed route that collects roughly midway between council collections.

Routes run on Friday evenings or Saturdays on a fixed, published route calendar — 12 scheduled collection opportunities in each rolling 12-month service period. Your dates are taken from that published calendar and shown as soon as you subscribe.

Dates can’t be swapped, moved or rescheduled, and missed or unused collections don’t roll over. That’s how we keep the service simple and the price fair.
