Check your address
Enter your postcode and pick your home from the list. That’s all we need to start.

We check your bin day
We look up your property’s council black-bin schedule automatically. You don’t need to tell us your bin day.

We assign your route
Your home is placed on the route that collects between your council collections. You don’t pick dates — we do the planning.

Confirm the collection rule
Your bin must be at the property’s front boundary or normal council collection point, directly accessible from the road or pavement.

Subscribe
£49.99 a month by secure card payment. Your first collection is the next route date at least 48 hours after payment.

Put your bin out
On each date, put your council black bin at the front boundary or normal council collection point with direct road or pavement access — waste bagged, lid fully shut. Friday-evening routes by 6pm, Saturday routes by 6am. You don’t need to be in.
Worth knowing
- Dates are fixed and can’t be swapped or rescheduled.
- Unused collections don’t roll over. There are no pauses.
- Cancel any time with 14 days’ notice (after your 14-day cooling-off period).
- This is a scheduled service, not an on-demand clearance.
- It’s in addition to your council collections, not a replacement.
